Archa Desai
Archa studied to be an architect but somewhere down the line she found her true calling in the arts. She then pursued Masters in Art, Design and Communications from CEPT University, Ahmedabad before joining the team of the first edition of Kochi Muziris Biennale as a Production Manager in 2012. Between then and 2019, she has assisted artists, written for Indian Architect and Builder, worked as an Art Project Manager at Thinking Hands, Beijing and as Special Project and Artist Liaison at Nature Morte. While at Nature Morte, she managed projects outside of gallery premises, including public art installations, large scale retrospectives, specially commissioned works and as a curatorial assistant for the first and second edition of The Sculpture Park, Madhavendra Palace, Jaipur.
Drawing from her wide
array of experiences, she brings insightful solutions and working models to various art practices and interesting collaboration opportunities.
